As a result, we do not use generic coping scripts or trauma checklists. Instead, every session honour's your lived experience with respect and grounded understanding. We DO NOT over use clinical distancing.

This practice is led by a Staff Psychiatry Clinician at Fraser Health Authority who is an approved provider for CVAP (Crime victim assistance program), FNHA (First nations health authority), and ICBC. That means multiple government and health systems have vetted and trust this practice with all their vulnerable populations.

You’ll have access to 15+ of the latest, USA based, neuroscientific and evidence-based modalities. As a result, Your treatment plan evolves with your progress, at your pace.

Sessions here are spacious and fully attentive. You’ll never feel rushed, interrupted, or processed through just because the session time is up. Your session time will never be spent on inattentive note-taking during your story.
